Name Badges and Lanyards
Will be mailed in advance to limit the number of attendees at check-in upon arrival. If you do not receive a name badge or lanyard by October 10, 2021 please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In partnership with Aria Resort & in-house medical/operations teams, we are closely monitoring the situation with the pandemic as it unfolds. We will keep our website updated with the latest information, in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and Jolt! will run in compliance with the most updated regulations at the time of the event.
In alignment with current regulations - disposable, medical-grade masks will be available prior to entering the Jolt! Meeting space. You may bring your own mask if you wish.
Personal-sized hand sanitizer will be provided at the Jolt! Event and Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the meeting space.
In partnership with MGM Resorts International and the Aria Resort, we will be providing:
- Responsible food & beverage distribution
- Appropriate signage to reinforce safety measures as applicable at the time of the event
Personal Accountability Commitment
All attendees of Jolt! may be required to sign a release of liability form prior to attending the event. It will indicate that you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety beneficial conduct while attending the event. This may include, but is not limited to, submitting to daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
